8.3.2 CMMS Scope Import

The CMMS Scope Import module loads notifications or work orders from your CMMS system into ProAxis as scope items.

Main tasks:

• Set or change the path to the import file.
• View and verify incoming data, especially Equipment IDs.
• Map fields between CMMS and ProAxis.
• Fix missing Equipment IDs (update to dash, correct ID, or add to Equipment list).
• Add new scope items from the cleaned import file.

Some CMMS-specific tools (like viewing canceled work orders or updating "Changed On" dates) are available when using SAP.
