5.2 Material Master List

The Material Master List stores all unique material records used throughout ProAxis.

Each material record typically includes:

• Category
• Sub-Type
• Size
• Description
• UOM (Unit of Measure)
• Extended Description
• Cost Each
• Vendor
• LL (Long Lead Item flag)
• Lead Time

The combination of Category + Sub-Type + Size + Description must be unique.
