4.12.1 PID Management

1. Define PIDs in the PID lookup table.
2. Define folders for annotated and blank PIDs per project in Project Setup.
3. Drop PID PDFs into those folders using the PID Management interface.

The system automatically links PID documents to scope items when file names match PID names.
