The Planning tab divides planning status into multiple categories that capture an item’s state at any given moment. It is frequently updated by various roles.

Each dropdown has five choices:

• “–” (default)
• Required
• Not Required
• Complete
• Needs Revision (requires a Planning Note describing the revision, who should make it, requester, and date).

These fields drive Scope Reports filters and include items such as MOC, Mech Design, AEI Design, Field Walk, Field Planning, Material, AEI Plan, Scaffolding, Insulation, SEP, Insp Test Plan, Blind List, Hot Work, Lifting Equipment, Torque Plan, P3 Master, Plan Complete, Pre-Fab Contractor, Primary Contractor, Primary Planner, Support Planner, and Document Control.

When Document Control is set to Complete, the other fields become read-only until it is set back to Required or Needs Revision.
